**IMPORTANT!**
*THIS RECIPE MAKES A LOT OF JUICE* so if you don't want to drink this much juice at once, please HALVE THIS RECIPE or even QUARTER THIS RECIPE ~ and/or ~ have GLASS mason jars ready to store some of this juice for later! I use GLASS MASON JARS + PLASTIC CAPS like these (do NOT use the metal lids that come with glass mason jars as they rust!): http://JARS.life-regenerator.com
* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— Always SCRUB & WASH
PRODUCE before juicing OR eating!
I use VEGGIE WASH!

— 1 bunch Parsley
— 1 Fennel, bulb & leaves
— 1 bunch Kale
— 1-4 in. piece Ginger
— 2 Apples
— 1 Lemon (UNpeeled if organic; peeled if not organic)
— 1 Cucumber
— ½ head Celery
— 8 Carrots (peeled or unpeeled...your choice, depending on how 'clean' they look and/or if they are organic or not)
* P r e p *
— 1) Run all ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://JUICERS.life-regenerator.com
— 2) For the portion of juice you're drinking right now, just add ice if desired & enjoy!
— 3) Immediately pour any remaining juice into GLASS mason jars, sealed shut w/ PLASTIC lids (metal lids rust). Your juice can stay very fresh this way for 2 days, 3 at the absolute most. IDEALLY, you want to drink juice RIGHT after it's made. Kale is very nutrient dense & full of amino acids!
Carrots have HEALTHY sugars in them & they are very grounding!

Well for me I resonate with "living" foods more than with cooked foods, as the difference is clear:
If you plant a raw almond, it will grow intro an entire tree, itself producing hundreds of almonds.
But if you plant a roasted almond, nothing happens.
—THINK OF YOUR MIND
BEING AN ANTENNA!—
If sometimes you pick up 'negative' thoughts or vibrations don't get down about it, just change the channel!
Go someplace else, go hang out with other people, listen to different music, etc...and notice what happens to the thoughts in your mind! :D
